This is a 45rpm umii908 series down vest with a houndstooth pattern.
The issues are that one button is loose (see image 10) and the inner fabric has discolored due to friction with clothing and aging (see images 16-20).
I wore it for about two seasons, and there is some slight pilling on the outer side, but I think it can still be worn.
