Liven up a dull hook rack with Mod Podge's creative touch.
- Disassemble hook rack: Remove all hooks and screws
- Prepare fabric: Position wood portion of hook rack onto a piece of fabric
- Apply Mod Podge: Coat top and sides of wood plaque with a thick layer
- Place fabric and wood: Lay fabric wrong side up, center wood plaque
- Secure fabric: Fold excess fabric, secure with hot glue at corners and edges
- Reattach hooks: Place hooks across the center on the front of the wood plaque
