Delivery and Payment Method

Once you place your order, we will contact you by phone to confirm your information and address any questions you may have. Your carpet will then be carefully packaged and shipped under the best conditions to be delivered to your door within 48 hours.

Payment is made upon delivery, in cash, with the option to inspect the carpet before payment. This service is completely free and valid only in Morocco.

For orders outside of Morocco, payment must be made in advance. Once payment is received, we will proceed with the shipment of your order.
