For constructing reinforced structures, HV bolts as per EN 14399-4 and nuts, washers, and EN 14399-6 washers (minimum 300HV hardness) are required. Nuts are factory-coated with molybdenum disulfide - MoS2 - to reduce friction during tightening. To ensure consistent joining parameters, use matching bolts, nuts, and washers from the same manufacturer. Classified as K1, these sets are joined in a mixed method (two joining stages). All necessary information is provided on the label for proper assembly.
