Trainspotting

To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the theatrical release of "Trainspotting," Filmarks Revival will be showing the film for a limited two-week run starting January 30, 2026 (Friday). This iconic youth film, directed by Danny Boyle and starring Ewan McGregor, depicts youth culture in 1990s Britain. This T-shirt is a reproduction of the design from the original release.

As an official collaboration with "Trainspotting," the independent culture platform "Behind the Scenes®," which aims to "convey past and present culture to the next generation," has reconstructed and reproduced the officially released T-shirt from the time.

This item was worn by a wide range of people, from young people who were strongly influenced by the film's world view in 1996 to creators who would later lead the apparel industry. The original T-shirt is currently traded at high prices in the secondary market, and opportunities for official product releases have been extremely limited.

This reproduction carefully recreates not only the design but also the texture of the body and print, paying close attention to the details of the original release.

The front of the gray body features the familiar orange box logo that symbolizes the film, and the back print features reversed text.
