I purchased this directly from the UK several years ago.
Many fake Isoria chokers are sold on Mercari, but this is authentic. (As a way to identify it, the back of the Orb plate has no stone holes and has a clean "Vivienne Westwood" engraving.) I purchased it for about 70,000 pounds at the time.
It has only been tried on and has been stored in a dark room, so there are no particular issues.
